The entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the items above


1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding a procedure contained in local governments (PDDA) regulations, 2006 and is open to all bidders.


2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 5(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm working days


3. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 5(b) and upon a payment of a non refundable fee of Ug shs 102.500/= payable to Bududa District Local Government general fund account No. 0145007611800, crane Bank mbale branch.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 5(c) at or before 12:00 noon on 10th April 2014
